Created real estate holding company and loan documents. Parent and child desired to purchase real estate. Prior to forming the entity, DeAngelis Legal discussed issues, objectives and alternatives with the parent and recommended an alternative structure to achieve the family’s objectives in an easy to maintain and tax efficient structure. DeAngelis Legal created the entity and documented a loan to fund the purchase of the real estate.
