Assisted surviving spouse with the administration of a complex trust. Couple’s estate consisted of illiquid assets including a family business, large Arizona residence and California commercial property. DeAngelis Legal worked with the client’s CPA to prepare and file the IRS Form 706 Estate Tax Return, allocate assets among the various sub-trusts and prepare the documentation properly funding the sub-trusts.
