Our experience in amending and restating our trust was fast easy and extremely professional. Garren Carroll was friendly, helpful and used his professional expertise in guiding us through the process. He explained in detail all of the "legal" terms so that we could fully understand their meaning and application. Madison Ruiz was always very friendly and guided us through the appointment process. She did a great job of putting our estate plan binder together and getting it to us in a timely manner. We will definitely use DeAngelis Legal to assist us with our trust and estate issues in the future.

Quinn modified an existing Estate Plan 20 years ago, and continuously reviews and updates items as needed. He also established the Corporate Records for new entities created and regularly reviews the records. Quinn has quick turnaround times and I feel he is always watching over my trusts and entities.

Quinn DeAngelis deserves a high rating for his excellent work putting together a Trust for my wife and I. Of course a Will and POA and other things went along with it and we were so pleased with Quinn‘s ability to understand our needs quickly and easily. I suppose there are choices of attorneys to choose from and other options when putting together a Trust. However this is one area where you should not consider anything, but a trusted seasoned attorney that does this all day long. Oh, and the staff is very friendly and helpful as well.
