Quinn DeAngelis, attorney

Quinn has been practicing law since 1992 and was an equity partner at Jennings Strouss & Salmon, P.L.C. prior to opening the firm. He is Board Certified in Trust and Estate law by the State Bar of Arizona and has an AV* Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubble and a 10/10 rating from AVVO. He was a founding director and shareholder of Pinnacle Bank, an Arizona financial institution which was sold in 2019. He frequently speaks on a variety of topics, including estate planning, corporate planning and succession planning. During the course of his career he has worked with some of the most successful individuals and businesses in Arizona.

Quinn formerly chaired the Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona and served on its executive council between 2001 and 2005. Quinn served on the Legislative Review Committee of the Arizona Bar Association Corporate Division during the review and implementation of the Arizona LLC Act from 2013 to 2018.  Quinn is a member of the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, State Bar of Arizona, the American Bar Association, as well as the Maricopa County Bar Association. Quinn is a 1989 graduate of Arizona State University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He earned his law degree from Southern Methodist University in 1992. Quinn has lived in Scottsdale/Paradise Valley since 1979 and has two adult children. He enjoys a wide variety of outdoor activities including hiking, mountain biking, sailing and skiing. He has attended numerous world and national sailing events and was the Hobie 16 Catamaran Arizona State Champion in 1998 and 2003.  More recently he recently completed a transatlantic crossing in a 59′ Swan and is scheduled to race in the Rolex Middle Sea Regatta in 2024.

Garren W. Carroll, attorney

Garren has been practicing general business and estate planning law since 2005.  Prior to joining DeAngelis Legal he worked in private practice and as in-house counsel at a small start-up.

Garren regularly represents clients with their estate planning and probate matters, including simple wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney and title issues. Over the course of his career he has also assisted small and medium-sized businesses with formation documents, corporate contracts and mergers and acquisitions.  Garren is a licensed attorney and a member of the State Bar of Arizona.

Scottsdale has been home for Garren since 2005.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree, Cum Laude, from Arizona State University in 1997 and Juris Doctor degree, Cum Laude, from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2005.  Garren is married with two adult children.  He enjoys running, traveling and watching his children play baseball and soccer.

Renae Cranston, Paralegal

Renae Cranston brings five years of invaluable experience as a paralegal to DeAngelis Legal, where she adeptly supports attorneys and clients as they navigate a variety of estate planning, probate, and business matters.

Having earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Wisconsin River Falls, Renae furthered her education by completing an accredited paralegal certificate program in Minnesota. In the Spring of 2022, she decided to relocate to Arizona, bringing her skills and commitment to DeAngelis Legal.

Beyond her professional commitments, Renae embraces life’s adventures. She enjoys traveling, exploring abandoned locations and ghost towns, hiking, biking, and lounging by the pool, or enjoying the outdoors. Renae embodies a perfect blend of professionalism and personal fulfillment, enriching both her career and her life experiences.

Madison Pollak, Legal Administrative Assistant

Madison Pollak is a Legal Administrative Assistant who has been with DeAngelis Legal since early 2021. Madison curates a friendly and enjoyable experience for clients as the communication point person of the firm.

Madison graduated Eastern Michigan University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice: Juvenile Justice Policy, Psychology. In 2023 she earned a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology from Arizona State University. Madison is an authored scientist who is also a Research Assistant for the Youth and Families in Court System Lab.

Outside of her professional and academic commitments, Madison finds joy in travel, the art of crafting—especially in creating unique jean jackets—and treasures moments spent with her family, friends and fur-baby, Nugget.
