Revised and simplified estate plan for retired physician. This new client delivered a banker’s box of disorganized estate planning documents prepared by prior counsel over a thirty year period. The box contained originals, copies and drafts but failed to include the original Will. DeAngelis Legal organized the existing documents and worked with the physician to substantially reduce the complexity of the plan and the necessary documents to one two-inch binder.
