Real Estate.  Reviewed and revised simple residential real estate purchase agreement.  Client inherited son’s personal residence and desired to sell it “as is” and without warranty.  Buyer prepared standard Arizona Association of Realtors standard contract, which contained the standard representations and warranties as if client had owned and lived in the residence.  DeAngelis Legal revised the agreement to carve out the representations and warranties to limit client’s exposure.
