Assisted trustee with recovery of real estate improperly removed from trust. Father of three prepared a trust governing the rights and obligations of his children with respect to the family cabin with another attorney. However, prior to his death father became extremely weak and was in and out of the hospital. Towards the end of his life, one child had father sign a deed transferring the cabin to the child, free of the restrictions of the trust. After father’s death and upon learning of the transfer, DeAngelis Legal assisted successor trustees to recover the transferred property and return title to the trust.
