Represented the seller with the negotiations and documentation relating to the sale of an industrial building in Phoenix. DeAngelis Legal previously represented this out of state seller with the acquisition of the building. DeAngelis Legal reviewed and revised the buyer’s form of purchase and sale agreement and negotiated alternative language limiting the exposure of the seller post-closing. DeAngelis Legal also coordinated the closing for the sellers who were unavailable on the closing date.
