Created consulting company, an investment company and several real estate investment companies for retired executive. DeAngelis Legal previously represented the executive and his spouse with their estate planning. Upon retirement, executive decided to provide consulting services on a limited basis and began investing in several private equity and real estate projects. Working with the client’s CPA, DeAngelis Legal advised the client on the various alternatives and choice of entity issues, created a separate S-Corporation for the consulting business and an LLC holding company and several subsidiaries for the private equity and real estate investments.
